The problem

Has your business outgrown spreadsheets?

Manual processes work until they don't. Then they cost staff hours, cause mistakes customers notice, and make growth harder.

Running on spreadsheets

Orders, schedules and inventory live in shared sheets that break, get overwritten and never agree with each other.

The same data typed three times

Staff copy details from Messenger to a sheet to an invoice, and every copy is a chance for a mistake.

Off-the-shelf tools that almost fit

You pay monthly for several apps, work around what they can’t do, and still can’t get one view of the business.

Payments matched by hand

GCash and bank transfer screenshots checked against records at the end of the day, with no audit trail.

What we build

Web apps that run the business

Systems your customers and staff use every day, built for one business rather than for everyone.

Booking & scheduling

Reservations for courts, rooms, appointments or rentals, with live availability and online payment.

Operations dashboards

One screen for orders, stock, staff and sales instead of a folder of spreadsheets.

Customer & member portals

Let customers check orders, bookings, memberships or balances themselves, so staff stop answering the same messages.

SaaS & startup MVPs

A first version you can sell, with accounts, billing and the one workflow that proves the idea.

Internal tools & workflows

Approvals, job tracking, inspections or requests, with roles so each person sees what they need.

Integrations

Connect payments, accounting, SMS, email or your existing systems so data moves without copy-paste.

Our work

Live systems, not mockups

Systems we designed, built or rescued, all in daily use.

Topspin Pickleball booking

Courts were booked by phone and a shared spreadsheet. We built a QR-code booking system where players pick an open court and pay by GCash, with staff verifying payments from an admin dashboard. A database-level constraint makes double-booking impossible, even when two players click at once.

Billnox

Freelancers were tracking billable work across notes, chats and spreadsheets, then rebuilding invoices from memory. We designed and built Billnox to turn tracked sessions into client progress reports and invoices, with per-client rates and multi-currency billing from day one.

Deal Dunk

A single missing database write was silently stalling a growing backlog of paid orders on Deal Dunk’s subscription storefront. We traced it across the Shopify and subscription-billing webhook streams, shipped the fix behind a guarded backlog drain, and built their native Shopify Functions app.

How it works

Fixed bid, milestone by milestone

You know the price before we start, and you see working software at every step.

  1. 01

    Scope and fixed bid

We map the workflow on a call, agree what version one must do, and send a fixed-bid quote split into milestones.

  2. 02

    Build in milestones

You get a working staging link early and see progress at every milestone, not one big reveal at the end.

  3. 03

    Launch and support

We test on real devices, launch on your domain, train your team and fix anything that comes up in the first 30 days.

Built in

Capabilities we build in

The groundwork that keeps a business system reliable, secure and cheap to run, included where your app needs it.

PH payments built in

GCash, Maya, QR Ph and cards through PayMongo, confirmed automatically by webhook.

Roles and permissions

Owners, staff and customers each see only what they should, with every admin action behind a login.

Data that stays correct

Rules enforced in the database itself, so two people clicking at once can’t create a conflict.

Mobile-first

Works in the browser on any phone, so there’s no app store and nothing for customers to install.

Email & SMS notifications

Confirmations, reminders and alerts sent automatically when something happens.

Low running costs

Hosting that scales down when it’s quiet, so you’re not paying for servers nobody is using.

Documented and yours

You own the code and the data, with documentation so another developer could pick it up.

Fast on mobile data

Pages built to load quickly on Philippine mobile connections, not just on office Wi-Fi.

FAQ

Custom web app questions

How much does a custom web app cost in the Philippines?

It depends on how many workflows, user roles and integrations version one needs. Our project-based builds have a fixed starting price, shown on this page, and every project gets a fixed-bid quote split into milestones before any work starts.

How long does it take to build a web app?

It depends on how much version one needs to do. We agree the scope and a milestone timeline with the quote, before any work starts, and you get a working staging link early in the build.

Should I build a web app or a mobile app?

For most businesses, a mobile-friendly web app is the better first step: it works on every phone and computer, needs no app store approval, and updates instantly. It can be added to a phone’s home screen like an app.

Can the app accept GCash payments?

Yes. We integrate PayMongo so customers can pay by GCash, Maya, QR Ph or card, and each payment is confirmed automatically instead of by checking screenshots.

Do I own the code?

Yes. The code, the database and the hosting accounts are yours. We document the system so you’re never locked in to us.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes 30 days of post-launch fixes. After that you can bring us back for new features per project, or keep us on a monthly retainer for ongoing work.

What technology do you use?

Mostly Next.js, React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL, hosted on Vercel. It’s a widely used stack, so the app is fast, secure and easy for other developers to work on.

Let’s scope your web app
