Deal Dunk runs a subscription membership store where a low-cost signup unlocks a free item that ships once the first recurring charge clears. One small gap in how order details were saved meant that link never formed, quietly holding back a growing pile of paid orders. We traced the problem across the Shopify and subscription-billing systems, fixed it, released the held orders safely, and built Deal Dunk’s custom Shopify tools for special cart discounts and checkout rules.

Topspin Pickleball’s Cebu courts were booked by phone calls and a shared spreadsheet, with no way to stop two customers from claiming the same slot. We built a QR-code booking system: customers scan at the venue, pick an open court and time, and pay via GCash, with payments checked by staff from an admin dashboard. The database itself refuses overlapping bookings, so double-booking is impossible by design, not just discouraged.
