Are your systems held together by copy-paste?
Every manual hand-off between tools costs staff time and creates mistakes, and broken syncs often go unnoticed for weeks.
Staff re-typing data
Orders copied from the store into the accounting system, stock counts into a sheet, customer details into the CRM, all by hand.
Stock that never matches
The website, the POS and the warehouse each show a different number, so you oversell or hide stock you actually have.
Silent failures
A webhook or sync quietly stops, and nobody notices until customers complain or the month-end numbers don’t add up.
Tools that don’t talk
Each app works on its own, but there’s no single source of truth and no way to automate the steps in between.
One flow of data across your business
Integrations built around your workflow, between the systems you already use.
Store ↔ back office
Shopify or your own store connected to your ERP, POS, warehouse or accounting, so orders and stock flow both ways.
Payments
PayMongo for GCash, Maya, QR Ph and cards, plus subscription billing, with every payment confirmed by webhook.
Webhook pipelines
Receivers that verify every event, ignore duplicates and retry failures, so nothing is lost or counted twice.
Custom APIs
A clean API over your data so partners, apps or your own team can read and write it safely.
Email, SMS & notifications
Automatic confirmations, reminders and staff alerts triggered by what happens in your systems.
Migrations & cleanups
Move data between platforms, or reconcile records that have drifted apart, with a dry run before anything changes.
Integrations that don't lose data
The difference between a sync that works in a demo and one you can trust with real orders and payments.
Verified events
Every incoming webhook’s signature is checked before it’s trusted.
Idempotent by design
Retries and duplicate deliveries can’t create a second order or payment.
Retries & backfills
Failed events are retried, and past gaps can be replayed safely.
Logged and visible
You can see what synced, what failed and why, instead of finding out from customers.
Deal Dunk: one missing write, traced across two providers
Deal Dunk runs a subscription membership storefront where a low-cost signup unlocks a free item that ships once the first recurring charge clears. A single unwritten database column meant that link never formed, silently stalling a growing backlog of paid orders. We traced the defect across the Shopify and subscription-billing webhook streams, shipped the fix behind a guarded backlog drain, and built their native Shopify Functions app.

Mapped, tested, then switched on
No big-bang cutover: we prove each connection on test data before it touches real orders.
- 01
Map the data flow
We list every system, what data moves between them, which one is the source of truth, and where things break today.
- 02
Build and test safely
We build against test accounts and sandboxes first, then run a dry run on real data before switching anything on.
- 03
Launch and watch
We switch over in stages, watch the logs closely, and stay on for 30 days of post-launch fixes.
Why build a custom integration
How it compares with doing it by hand and with no-code automation tools.
| Manual copy-paste | No-code automation | dipag.dev integration | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Handles your exact workflow | Yes, by hand | Simple cases only | Yes |
| Duplicate & retry safety | — | Limited | Built in |
| Two-way sync | Manual | Often one-way | Yes |
| Visible when something fails | When someone notices | Basic alerts | Logged with the reason |
| Cost as volume grows | More staff hours | Per-task fees | Hosting only |
Fixed-bid integration pricing
A clear starting price, then a fixed quote for the systems and rules involved. No hourly billing.

Systems integration questions
What systems can you integrate?
Anything with an API or webhooks: Shopify and other stores, payment gateways like PayMongo, subscription billing, accounting, ERP, POS, warehouse and CRM tools, email and SMS providers, and your own databases. If a system has no API, we look at exports, imports or other options on the scope call.
Why not just use Zapier or Make?
No-code tools are great for simple, low-volume tasks. Once you need two-way sync, duplicate protection, retries, custom logic or high volume, per-task fees add up and failures get harder to see. A custom integration handles those cases and costs only hosting to run.
How do you make sure no orders or payments are lost?
Every incoming event is verified, recorded once, and processed so that a retry or duplicate delivery has no extra effect. Failures are logged and retried, and missed events can be replayed from the source system.
Can you fix an integration someone else built?
Yes. We trace where data goes missing across each system’s logs and webhook history, fix the cause, and safely process any backlog. That’s what we did for Deal Dunk, releasing over 2,000 stalled orders.
Can you connect GCash payments to my system?
Yes. We integrate PayMongo so GCash, Maya, QR Ph and card payments are confirmed automatically by webhook and written to your records, instead of being matched from screenshots.
How much does an integration cost?
It depends on how many systems are involved and how complex the rules are. Project-based work has a fixed starting price, shown on this page, and every integration gets a fixed-bid quote before work starts.
