How does online pickleball court booking work for players?
Players scan a QR code at your venue or open your booking link, choose an open court and time on a live grid, and pay by GCash. The slot is held for 10 minutes while they pay, and they get a booking reference they can look up anytime.
Can players pay with GCash?
Yes. GCash is built into checkout, and online card and e-wallet payments through PayMongo can be added. Your staff confirm payments from a single dashboard instead of matching screenshots by hand.
How do you prevent double-bookings?
Every booking goes through one availability engine, and the database itself rejects any booking that overlaps another on the same court. Even if two players click the same slot at the same moment, only one booking can succeed.
Can I charge different rates for peak hours, weekends and holidays?
Yes. Set separate rates for weekdays, Friday to Sunday and holidays, add entrance fees, and schedule a price change to take effect on a future date. Checkout always charges the rate the server calculates.
Is this a subscription app or a custom system?
It’s a custom system built for your venue, on your own domain and with your branding. You don’t pay per-court or per-booking platform fees to a third-party app.
How long does it take to launch?
