Who we are

dipag.dev studio (“dipag.dev”, “we”) is a software development studio based in Cebu, Philippines. This policy covers dipag.dev and the information we handle when you contact us, book a call, pay us or browse the site. Questions about it go to hello@dipag.dev.

What we collect

  • Inquiries. When you send the contact form: your name, email, project type and message. We also record your IP address, browser type and country, to block spam and repeated submissions.
  • Call bookings. If you pick a call time: the time you chose and your time zone. We add the call, with your name and email, to our Google Calendar and create a Google Meet link for it, and Google sends you a calendar invite.
  • Payments. Online payments are handled by PayMongo. We receive your name, email, phone number, the payment method type and the amount. We never see or store your full card or account details.
  • Clients. If we work together: the billing details we need to send statements and receipts.
  • Site usage. We count page views with the page visited, the referring site and an approximate city-level location supplied by our hosting provider. We don't store your IP address for this. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry, hold the call you booked and send you reminders or changes.
  • To quote, deliver and bill the work you ask us to do.
  • To keep the site secure and free of spam.
  • To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

Business contact research

We look up publicly listed business information, such as a business's name, phone number, website and social pages on Google Maps or OpenStreetMap, to offer our services to businesses that might need them. If you'd rather we didn't contact your business, email hello@dipag.dev and we'll mark it “do not contact”.

Google user data

dipag.dev connects only to its own owner's Google Calendar. That access is used solely to add and remove booked calls, create their Google Meet links, and check when the owner is busy so those times aren't offered. It isn't sold, used for advertising or shared beyond what's described here. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that run this site and our work, and only what each one needs:

  • Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database)
  • Brevo (email) and Semaphore (text messages to us about new inquiries)
  • Google (Calendar, Meet, Analytics and Maps)
  • PayMongo (payments)

Some of these providers store data outside the Philippines. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and bookings for as long as we're talking with you and for our business records afterwards. Billing records are kept as long as Philippine tax rules require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we're legally required to keep it.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. Email hello@dipag.dev and we'll respond. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission.

Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart. Our own visit counter keeps a date in your browser's local storage so a visit is counted once per day. You can block or clear both in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date below.
