The Highland Box
Two bags of single origin, six ube ensaymada and a tin of barako cookies — wrapped in hand-printed kraft with a handwritten note.
Our origins
We buy every lot direct — no traders, no middlemen — and pay farmers 2.3× the commodity price. Then we tell you exactly where your cup came from.
Cherry to cup
Nine months on the branch, three weeks on raised beds, twelve minutes in the drum. We don't rush any of it.
Only the deep-red cherries, picked in four passes across the season.
Sun-dried for up to 21 days, turned every hour, sorted twice.
Small 6kg batches, each profile logged and cupped before it ships.
At our cafés, or in your kitchen — with a brew card in every bag.

Tala Stars · rewards
Tala is Tagalog for star. Earn one for every ₱100 — online or at our cafés — and spend them on drinks, bags and bakes.
From our regulars
“Jammy, sweet — it genuinely tastes like strawberries. The roast date was three days before it reached my door.”
“House Blend in the moka pot, ensaymada on the side. Our Sunday ritual now — and Brew Club means we never run out.”
“Sent the Highland Box to my titas in Cebu. Two days, beautifully wrapped, ensaymada still soft. They called to ask where it's from.”
“Bold without being burnt — rare for Liberica. Barako done right.”
