on Mondays.
Watch the 6kg drum at work from 6am, then join the free 10am cupping. One hour, eight coffees, and ensaymada still warm from the oven.
Pick a Monday
When will my coffee arrive?
We roast every Monday and ship on Tuesday. Metro Manila orders arrive Wednesday; elsewhere in the Philippines, 2–4 days. Orders placed after Monday 6am join the next week's roast.
Can I change my grind after ordering?
Yes, until Sunday midnight before your roast. Send us your order number on Viber or use the form above.
Do you deliver bakes outside Metro Manila?
Shelf-stable bakes (cookies, banana bread, Highland Boxes) ship nationwide. Ensaymada and pandesal are same-day Metro Manila or café pick-up only, so they arrive soft.
Do you supply cafés and offices?
We roast for 40+ cafés and offices, with free barista training and equipment support from 10kg a month. Pick "Wholesale & cafés" in the form and we'll send our price list.
