No. Prices include duties for the US, Canada, the UK and the EU — what you see at checkout is what you pay. Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout where it applies.

Yes, within one hour of ordering — reply to your confirmation email or message us. After that it's usually packed, but you can return or exchange it free once it arrives.

We ship to PO boxes in the US and Canada. APO/FPO addresses aren't supported yet.

Exchanges ship before your return arrives. As soon as the carrier scans your return label, we send the new size or colour out — no waiting, no double payment.

Within three business days of your return reaching our Porto studio, back to your original payment method. Banks can take another 3–5 days to show it.

Yes. Use the order number from the gift note and you'll get store credit — the person who sent it won't be notified.

Our boxy and oversized pieces are cut roomy on purpose — take your usual size for the intended drape, or size down for a cleaner line. Regular-fit pieces run true to size. Every product page shows the model's height and size.

No. Everything is pre-shrunk and garment-dyed after sewing, so there's no shrinkage after the first wash as long as you skip the tumble dryer.

Mostly GOTS-certified organic cotton — 480gsm loopback for fleece, 260gsm jersey for tees, 14oz Japanese selvedge for denim — plus double-faced wool for outerwear. Each product page lists the full composition and where every stage was made.

Cold wash inside out with like colours, dry flat, and keep it out of the tumble dryer.

Because each batch is dyed after it's sewn, seams and ribbing take the dye a little differently. That soft, lived-in variation is the point — no two are exactly the same.

Send us a photo through the contact form, we email a free prepaid label, fix it in our Porto workshop and post it back — usually within two weeks. Free, for the life of the garment.

Ripped seams, worn cuffs and hems, holes, broken zips and snaps, loose buttons — most things. If we can't repair it, we'll offer 30% off a replacement and recycle the old piece into new yarn.

No. If it's an OFFCUT garment, it's covered — whether you bought it, were gifted it or found it second-hand.

Each drop is made once, in a run of 300 pieces, and never remade. Drops land on Fridays at 10:00 ET online and in the Porto studio.
