Shipping & delivery
Rates, timing and trackingHow long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2pm CT ship the same day. Standard delivery is 2–4 business days within the US. Express (1–2 days) is available at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Under $75 it's a flat $6.95, and express is $14.95. Paddle bundles always ship free.
Do you ship outside the US?
We ship to Canada and Mexico today, with duties calculated at checkout so there are no surprises at the door. More countries are on the way — tell us where you play.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. You can also paste your order number into the order lookup in your account for live carrier updates.
Can I pick up my order at the club?
Yes — choose Pick up at the club at checkout. It's free and usually ready within 2 hours. Collect it from the front desk any day between 7am and 11pm with your order number and a photo ID.
Orders & payment
Changes, payment and codesCan I change or cancel my order?
We can usually change or cancel within 1 hour of ordering, before it goes to the packing bench. Message us with your order number as fast as you can and we'll do our best.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are encrypted and we never store your card details.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift cards arrive by email instantly and never expire, and can be used on gear, court bookings and clinics. Find them under Shop → Gift cards.
Can I combine discount codes?
One code per order. New players can use FIRSTDINK for a free first hour on court, which stacks with free shipping but not with other percentage-off codes.
Returns & warranty
30-day court test, 12–24 month coverWhat is your returns policy?
Return unused gear within 30 days for a full refund. Paddles you've played with are covered by our 30-day court test — return them for store credit or an exchange, no questions asked.
How do I start a return?
Use the return link in your order email, or contact us with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label, and refunds land within 3–5 business days of the parcel arriving. You can also drop returns at the club desk.
Is my paddle covered by a warranty?
Every paddle includes a 12-month manufacturer warranty against core delamination and face defects. Premium carbon paddles are covered for 24 months. Normal wear — chipped edges, worn grit — isn't covered.
My order arrived damaged — what now?
So sorry! Send a photo of the damage and your order number through the contact form and we'll ship a replacement right away — you don't need to send the damaged item back.
Paddles & gear
Choosing, testing and caring for gearWhich paddle should I buy as a beginner?
Look for a wider face with a forgiving sweet spot and a 14–16mm core — our starter sets are built exactly for this. Not sure? Take the 30-second paddle finder quiz and we'll match you.
Can I try a paddle before I buy?
Absolutely. Demo any paddle free at the club desk and hit on an open court. Love it? We credit your court time toward the purchase. Shopping online? Every paddle has a 30-day court test.
Are your paddles approved for tournaments?
All paddles in our shop are USAP approved, so they're legal for sanctioned play. Look for the USAP badge on each product page.
What's the difference between 13mm, 14mm and 16mm cores?
- 13mm — more power and pop, less forgiveness.
- 14mm — the balanced all-rounder.
- 16mm — softer, more control and a bigger sweet spot at the kitchen.
How often should I replace my paddle?
Most recreational players get 1–2 years from a quality paddle. If the face sounds dull or dead, you're losing spin, or you hear a rattle, it's time. Rinse with a damp cloth and keep it out of hot cars to extend its life.

Booking, open play and clinicsHow do I book a court?

How much does open play cost?

Yes — beginner clinics run several times a week with certified coaches, from $25. Paddles are provided if you don't have one yet.
