The problem

Still selling through DMs and payment links?

Social selling gets you started, but it doesn't scale. Every order costs time, and every slow page or awkward checkout costs a sale.

Orders stuck in DMs and email

Every sale means answering the same questions, sending a payment link and checking it came through by hand.

A slow, app-heavy theme

Each app adds its own scripts. Pages crawl on mobile data and shoppers leave before they see a product.

A checkout that loses buyers

Missing wallets like Apple Pay and Shop Pay, shipping rates that don’t match your carriers, and surprise costs at the last step.

Messy product data

Hundreds of SKUs in spreadsheets, variants set up inconsistently, and stock that never matches reality.

What's included

A store set up properly from day one

Everything an online store needs to take orders, get paid and ship, without a pile of monthly apps.

Custom theme built for speed

Sections built into the theme instead of stacked apps, so your store loads fast on mobile data.

Shop Pay, PayPal & wallets

Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay set up and tested, plus local methods for the markets you sell to.

Shipping & markets

Shipping profiles, carrier rates, free-shipping thresholds and Shopify Markets for selling in more than one country or currency.

Product & data migration

Products, variants, images and collections moved from spreadsheets, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Etsy or Amazon exports.

SEO & GA4 wired in

Clean titles and descriptions, structured product data, a sitemap and Google Analytics 4 tracking from day one.

Shopify Functions

Custom discount rules, bundle pricing and checkout validation as native Shopify Functions, not fragile scripts.

Inventory & system sync

Connect Shopify to your POS, ERP, warehouse or accounting system so stock and orders stay in step.

Handover you can run

A recorded walkthrough so your team can add products, run sales and manage orders without calling us.

Custom Shopify apps

When the app store doesn't have it, we build it

Native custom apps (formerly private apps) made for your store only: your rules in checkout, your systems connected, and fewer monthly app fees.

Shopify Functions

Discount, bundle, shipping and payment rules that run inside Shopify’s own checkout, for logic no app store app quite covers.

Checkout validation

Block orders that break your rules, like quantity limits, member-only products or unshippable addresses, before payment.

Admin API & webhooks

A custom app installed only on your store that reacts to orders, customers and inventory changes as they happen.

System integrations

Sync orders and stock with your POS, ERP, warehouse, accounting or subscription billing, with retries so nothing is lost.

Admin tools for your team

Screens inside the Shopify admin for jobs your staff do by hand today, such as bulk edits, approvals or reports.

Replace paid apps

Swap several monthly app subscriptions for one app built for your store, with no per-order fees and no extra scripts.

Already have a store? A custom app can be built on its own, without a redesign.

Marketplace sync

Sell on Shopify and your marketplaces from one stock count

A custom app for your store that keeps inventory, orders and listings in step across Shopify and marketplaces like Amazon and eBay, so a sale on one channel never oversells another.

One stock count

A sale on Shopify or any connected marketplace updates stock everywhere else, so you stop overselling the last unit.

Marketplace orders in Shopify

Marketplace orders land in your Shopify admin, so your team packs and tracks everything from one list.

Products and prices pushed out

Edit a product or price once in Shopify and send it to your marketplace listings, with per-channel pricing if you need it.

Stock buffers per channel

Hold back a few units on each marketplace so a sync delay or a flash sale never sells stock you don’t have.

Bundles and variants mapped

Bundles, sizes and colours matched to the right marketplace SKUs, including listings that are set up differently on each channel.

Sync log and alerts

Every update is logged and retried if a marketplace is down, and you get an alert when something needs a human.

Case study · Shopify Functions

Deal Dunk: 2,000+ stalled Shopify orders released

Deal Dunk runs a subscription membership storefront on Shopify. A single missing database write was silently stalling a growing backlog of paid orders. We traced it across the Shopify and subscription-billing webhook streams, shipped the fix behind a guarded backlog drain, and built their native Shopify Functions app for custom cart discounts and checkout validation.

The same engineering goes into every store we set up: checkout and order flows tested end to end, not just a theme that looks right.

FAQ

Shopify store questions

How much does a Shopify store setup cost?

There are two packages, both priced on this page in US dollars. The Starter Store is a fixed price for up to 30 products on one of our ready-made store designs, with payments, shipping and your domain set up. The full setup adds a custom theme, data migration, SEO and 30 days of support. Larger catalogs, custom integrations or Shopify Functions are quoted on a scope call before any work starts.

Who owns the Shopify store, and who pays the Shopify plan?

You do. We create the store from our Shopify Partner account, build it, then transfer ownership to you at launch. From then on you pay your Shopify plan directly to Shopify, and you can keep working with us or manage the store yourself.

Can I start with the Starter Store and upgrade later?

Yes. The Starter Store is a real Shopify store, not a demo. When you outgrow it, we can add a custom theme, more products, integrations or custom apps on top of it without starting over.

Can my store sell in more than one currency?

Yes. With Shopify Payments and Shopify Markets, customers see prices and pay in their own currency, and we set up PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local payment methods for the countries you sell to.

Can you move my products from another platform?

Yes. We import products, variants, images and collections from WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Etsy or Amazon exports, spreadsheets or another platform, and clean up the data so variants and stock are consistent.

Do you use a premium theme or build a custom one?

We build a custom theme, or extend a fast base theme, with the sections your store needs built in. That keeps the number of apps, and the scripts they load, to a minimum.

How long does it take to launch a Shopify store?

It depends on your catalog size, integrations and how ready your product photos and copy are. We give you a fixed timeline with the quote, before any work starts.

Can you build a custom or private Shopify app?

Yes. Shopify replaced private apps with custom apps, which are installed only on your store. We build them with the Admin API, webhooks and Shopify Functions for custom discounts, checkout validation, integrations and admin tools. We have shipped native Shopify Functions in production.

Can you sync my Shopify inventory with Amazon or eBay?

Yes. We build a custom app that keeps one stock count across Shopify and your marketplaces, brings marketplace orders into your Shopify admin and pushes product and price changes out. It connects through each marketplace’s official seller API, so you authorize it from your own accounts, and you can keep using your current store as is.

Why a custom sync app instead of a multichannel tool?

Ready-made tools work well for standard catalogs. A custom app makes sense when you have bundles, variants set up differently on each marketplace, stock buffers, or a POS or warehouse that also needs to stay in sync, and when you’d rather not pay a monthly fee that grows with your orders.

Can you fix or speed up my existing Shopify store?

Yes. We audit the theme and installed apps, remove what’s slowing the store down, and fix broken checkout, discount or order flows. Larger rebuilds are scoped as a project.

Do you work with brands outside the Philippines?

Yes. Our Shopify work includes storefronts for Australian brands like CamelBak and Giro as the build partner of DAC Design. We’re based in Cebu, Philippines, and agree a regular overlap window with your team.
