How does the "Vet-approved" badge work?
Every formula is reviewed by our panel of licensed veterinarians for ingredient quality, nutritional balance and safety before it gets the badge. Products that change recipe are re-reviewed.
Can I change or cancel auto-reorder?
Anytime. Skip a delivery, switch the frequency, swap the product or pause the plan from your account. There are no minimums and no fees.
What if my pet won't eat it?
Our happy-tail promise covers food for 30 days. Message us and we'll swap it for something else or refund you, even if the bag is open.
How fast is delivery?
Metro Manila orders placed before 5pm arrive within two hours, 9am to 7pm. Elsewhere in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao it takes 2 to 6 days. Delivery is free over ₱1,500.
