Vet-approved or it doesn't ship
Every formula is reviewed by licensed veterinarians for ingredients, nutrition and safety, and reviewed again whenever a recipe changes.
We started as a grooming room in a Quezon City garage. Today we're a shop, three salons and a team of vets, groomers and very serious taste-testers, all for the pets who run your house.
Mika and Paolo adopted Biscuit from a roadside rescue in 2018 and couldn't find a groomer who wouldn't send him home shaking. So they learned to do it themselves: slowly, with treats, with the door open.
Word got around the barangay. A garage became a salon, a salon needed a vet to answer the ingredient questions, and the vet started saying no to a lot of the food on the market. That "no" became our badge.
If we wouldn't feed it to Biscuit, it doesn't go on the shelf.

Fetch opens as a two-table grooming room behind Mika and Paolo's house. First-week bookings: nine. First-week treats eaten by staff: also nine.

Our first shop with a full salon, a food bar and the taste-test panel that now has 40 members, all of them furry and all of them biased.
We launch refills with a 10% saving, free delivery and zero lock-in. Skip, swap or pause from your phone. Cancellations are rarer than we expected.
