Orders & delivery
When will my order arrive?
Ready-to-ship pieces arrive in 3–7 days in Metro Manila and Metro Cebu. Made-to-order pieces take 3–7 weeks. We text you a two-hour delivery window two days before.
How much is delivery?
Free white-glove delivery and set-up over ₱25,000 in Metro Manila and Metro Cebu (₱1,500 below that). Elsewhere it’s a flat ₱2,500–₱6,500 depending on your zone.
Do you deliver outside Luzon and Cebu?
Yes, everywhere in the Philippines. Pieces going to Mindanao and the island provinces are crated and sent by sea, with partner assembly on arrival.
Fit & sizing
Will it fit through my door?
Use the fit finder on our home page or the fit check on any product. It checks your door, the hallway turn and your wall. We also measure for free in Metro Manila and Cebu.
Can I see a piece before buying?
Visit our BGC or Mandaue showroom, or book a free 45-minute styling session in a showroom, on video or at home. We also post free fabric and wood swatches.
Payment, returns & care
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes: 0% for 3, 6 or 12 months on BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank and HSBC cards, or BillEase for up to 24 months with no credit card needed.
What if I change my mind?
Sofas and chairs come with 100 nights to live with them. Everything else can be returned within 30 days. We collect it from your home.
What does the warranty cover?
10 years on frames and joinery, 2 years on fabric, foam and finishes. If something isn’t right, message us a photo and we’ll fix it.
