Orders ship within 24 hours and arrive in 2–4 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the studio.
How do returns and the 60-day guarantee work?
If your skin doesn't love it, tell us within 60 days — even if the bottle is opened. We'll refund you or swap it for something better suited. Returns are free.
Can I change or skip a subscription delivery?
Yes. Skip, delay or cancel any time from your account up to 48 hours before your next shipment — no fees, no phone calls.
Is Glow safe for sensitive skin or pregnancy?
Most formulas are fragrance-free and dermatologist tested. Retinal and Vitamin C are not recommended during pregnancy — our esthetician can suggest gentle swaps.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to 40+ countries. Duties are calculated at checkout so there are never surprise fees at the door.
