How fast is same-day delivery?
Order before 12nn Monday to Saturday and Metro Manila orders arrive the same day, usually by 7pm. A rider calls 30 minutes before. Free over ₱5,000. More on delivery

Yes, free at any of the four branches and ready in 2 hours during counter hours. Bring your order number or the SMS we send. More on pick-up
How do I open a trade account?
Choose “Trade account” in the form above. We need your registered company name and TIN. Approval takes one business day, then you get VAT-exclusive pricing and 30-day terms. More on trade accounts
Where do I bring a tool for warranty?
Any branch counter. Kidlat tools registered within 30 days get 3 years; Bakal Pro hand tools are swapped over the counter for life. More on warranty
What’s my order number?
It starts with BKL- followed by five digits, for example BKL-12345. It’s in your confirmation email and SMS.
